Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning.
Lead Generation:
Actively participate in lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Client Meetings:
Assist in scheduling and attending client meetings to understand their needs and present our products/services.
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients.
Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Provide product demonstrations and answer client queries.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional networks.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
Civil Engineering Background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
