To Approach HVAC Consultants /Civil Architects for approval of Products.To Find out details of Projects where our make is specified from HVAC Consultants and Architects.To approach HVAC applicators for finding out details of projects and ordersMeet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.Identify new markets and applications for business growth.Sales forecasting, monthly sales and collection planFollow up with sales coordinator for supplies.Generate customer data base at application/product level.Produce relevant feedback on customer needs & requirement with respect to product and service.Attend customer complaints; follow up with factories on resolution of the complaint.Close interaction with business development engineer for new business conversion.Identify and recommend new distributors to improve market reach and distribution.Product Demo and presentations to customers.To prepare and submit techno commercial proposals.Relationship management with customers at operating level.Collection of statutory forms.Follow up & collection for payment.To follow reporting system.To participate in exhibitions for sales and promotion.Monitor competition activities and timely feed back to management. Skills RequiredPerson who has flair of selling self confident , having good and clear communicationStrong in dealer handling & growing the territory Presentable (dressing sense) with good body language , verbal communication skills is the minimum requirement Total Experience Required Sales experience of 8-10 Yrs. (SM)) preferably from HVAC industry. Experience from field of Air-conditioning , PEB ,TEXTILE shall be an added advatage Position would be reporting to Education Essential & Preferred Degree / Dip in Mechanical / ElectricalOR BSC with science background Deg / Dip in Marketing not must. Any other graduation with relevant experience shall also be considered.
