Business plan and execution: Effective design and implementation of business plan and sales strategies for the Region to achieve desired sales objectives keeping in mind the budget of business through effective Channel management, motivation the sales team and higher price realization.

Market development: Diversification into new markets geography, development of innovative sales strategies (schemes etc.),pre-empting the competition for maximizing sales.

Distribution: Create, maintain and nurture an extensive but optimum distribution infrastructure to facilitate maximum reach and market share.

Team Handling: Building a team of skilled employees with highest level of morale and competitiveness ready to take on adverse business conditions and competition. Team to be known as a high performing team with a proactive business oriented approach. Training of the Sales team.

Brand Push & Pull: Optimize resources to achieve sales objectives with high quality brand Push & Pull activities.

Networking: Building relationships and liaison with professional/ individual forums, key decision makers of other companies.
