This role will be responsible for the development and execution of all marketing programs.
Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales and online traffic.

Requirements:

0-4 years in Pre-sales or Marketing in a insurance company.
Should be Graduate with any Specification.
Proficient in professional English, Tamil & Hindi is essential.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
Strong effective communicator.
Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
Expert in the internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on social media outlets that are significant in company outreach.
Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment in without marketing staff on the same level.
Experienced in Motors/Non Motors about potential markets, desirable product features, go-to-market best practices, and measuring the success of outreach and product sales.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable. With Good Variables, Petrol Allowance, Mobile Recharge.
