Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in New Delhi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling travel packages (Domestic/International) to prospective customers, maintaining a detailed understanding of the company's offerings, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service
Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with customers and effectively manage customer relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable with sales targets and metrics
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
