Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for selling travel packages (Domestic/International)to prospective customers, maintaining a detailed understanding of the company's offerings, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales and Marketing Executive will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service
Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with customers and effectively manage customer relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable with sales targets and metrics
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
