You Will Be Responsible For...

Involved in End to End Recruitment life cycle across all levels (sourcing, screening, shortlisting and evaluating the profile).
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements specifications and appropriate skill sets to ensure we meet current and future resource demands Understanding the Client requirement & Job description as per hiring criteria from the Delivery Manager and Lead
Handling all functions of recruitment from sourcing of candidates through job portals, in house database, referrals, social media networks/referrals, Scrutinizing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications, and relevant experience referrals and matching them with the specifications from the client.
Taking preliminary telephonic round interview for suitable candidates in line with the criteria and specifications from the client and based on general recruitment criteria.
Complete initial screening interview of potential candidates
Scheduling interview of the candidates with coordination from the Client
Pre & post-interview follow-ups.
Candidate engagement.
Effectively follow up with candidates till getting on-board
Suggest innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
Should be able to close the position as soon as possible
Achieving a set target as your Goal to Generating the Revenue
Maintaining trackers & database

Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and evaluating the profile Sourcing, etc
