What you’ll do

• Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals & social media
• Source and attract candidates from multiple sources including databases, job portals, social, networking sites, referrals, cold calling, mail blasting, and self-data banks
• Create a talent pool for current and future requirements and maintain a database
• Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates
• Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
• Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
• Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Who you are

• 2-5 years of work talent acquisiton experience at leading media/content businesses
• Rich experience in sourcing and recruitment
• Exceptional Excel and power point skills
• Strong focus on delivery and results with high energy levels
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to influence and align
• High Process Orientation
• Strong Analytical skill
• Strong business understanding

Language Proficiency: English,Hindi

Salary: 400000- 5,50000

Working days : 6

Location: Bangalore (WFH from anywhere in India during COVID – 19 restrictions. A good laptop and internet connection are mandatory)
