Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jeeves. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additionally, they will be involved in employer branding activities to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to the overall recruiting strategy and collaborate with hiring managers to identify and meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques
Ability to create and execute effective recruiting strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruiting for various job levels and functions
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in any stream is Mandatory
