Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
