Job Description-

 Job Profile- Technical Sales Executive( Us process)

•  We are looking for Technical Sales Executives who are ambitious, passionate and gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding service. 
  
• They will be part of a team that provides remote support tasks from a remote location.
  
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organized and able communicator in English (both written and verbal),and has extensive experience in desktop, laptop, mobile and server support, and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers.
  
• Candidate will be responsible for selling support for the popup, Mac, Windows Printer, Virus and Router related Issues.
  
• Function demands 
  
• Technical Sales process (Only voice based) call the Customers up-sell the product.
  
• Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries.
  
• Interaction with customers located in the USA .Able to make calls regarding emails, printer, router etc.
  
•  Interaction with customers located in the USA /Canada over the phone
  
•  Performing call-backs as required.
  
•  Excellent customer service.
  
• Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
  
•  Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP/ Vista/7/8/Mac OS.
  
• Basic Knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Internet.*

• Shift timing: - 9pm to 6 am( us shift)
  
• Salary - Negotiable  + attractive incentives:- 15k  to 35k  +   Meal facilities
