Telecaller

Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Telecaller. In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales to meet sales targets. As a telecaller, you will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of telecaller to ensure they meet their sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels and cold calling

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services

- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and meet sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service to address any questions or concerns from customers

- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

- Train and mentor new telecaller to ensure they are successful in their roles

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of telecaller to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting targets
