Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and generate leads.
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and requirements.
Explain product features and benefits to potential customers, emphasizing how they meet their specific needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement effective sales strategies.
Handle customer objections and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in telesales or a related field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Mandatory to know Gujarati Language, can speak fluently
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Mostly preferred Female candidates.
