Submitting confirmed CVs to Team Lead/Clients
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Follow-ups with candidates/clients for status.
Building good rapport with management and the team.
Should have good verbal and written communication
Should be aggressive, have to urge for learning and interest towards recruitment.
Should have commitment & be hard working
Should have software skills knowledge, preferably from computer background
Should be good at MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Express and Internet. Knowledge of Job portals is highly desirable.
Should have good Analytical skills with a fair amount of reasoning ability
Any kind of recruitment background experience is desirable
Preferably BE / Diploma in CS stream
Should be willing to travel, stretch timings and work
The experience between 0 and 6 Months
