Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our company as a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the interview process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends related to recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in any stream

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
