Responsibilities include:

1. Working on a technology platform and doing thorough data mining for assigned client(s) in order to share relevant data in a timely manner with the client & help their sales growth
2. Using Excel to prepare various reports for the client on a monthly basis
3. Working with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple client programs
4. Contributing to campaign design and implementation
5. Creating and maintaining operational documentation as required
6. Creating a dynamic catalog of merchandise for redemptions and updating the same on a regular basis
7. Helping for execution of various orders that come in through the loyalty program and through offline mode.
8. Attending to queries of program participants and booking their orders on platform.
