Role         : Analyst/Senior Analyst – Digital Marketing

Location  : Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities

● Create, manage and optimize ROI-driven paid campaigns across multiple clients for Search, Display, App, Video, Social Media and Affiliate

● Assess clients’ campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly and take actions accordingly

● Prepare weekly/monthly reports to track key metrics and maintain budgetary control

● Do keyword research, write ad copies and manage bids for paid search, display and app campaigns

● Identify target audiences, get the appropriate creatives designed and devise/execute campaigns for Search, Display, App and Social Media campaigns

● Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution

Desired Candidate Profile

● B.Tech. from a good college with 2-4 years of relevant work experience

● Strong analytical skills with the rigor of campaign setup and management

● Have up-to-date knowledge about Google AdWords and Facebook's Ads Manager

● Should be good in data analysis using MS Excel; Knowledge of Macros, Google and Youtube Scripts/APIs would be a plus

● A quick learner with result-oriented approach and extremely hungry to grow personally/professionally

● Excellent communication skills (oral as well as written)
