We have a job opening for the post of “Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing” in a Real Estate company “Prop Magnet”.
Position Title : Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location : Gurgaon
Qualification : Any Graduate/Post-Graduate
Required Experience : 0.6 – 1 Year
Salary : 1,20,000 – 1,80,000 PA + Incentives #Negotiable for Right Candidate
Working Days : 6 Days a week

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate should be capable for selling commercial/Residentials/leasing/affordables properties of Gurgaon
Candidate should achieve the sales target and to make calls on given leads
Conducting sales calls and closing the deal
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with clients till closure
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure
Needs to be comfortable with field sales and visiting
Knowledge of Real Estate industry and Gurgaon locations

Note :

Bike or other transport is compulsory
Smartphone is compulsory
Candidate from Real Estate Industry will be preferred.
