Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end operations for the B2B business vertical engagements.
· Recruit, build, and manage a team to achieve set goals effectively.
· Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and workshops.
· Lead and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and student engagement initiatives.
· Strategize and execute online/offline events to promote the organization's brand.
· Collaborate with relevant partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
· Adhere to all organizational rules and regulations.
· Ensure data privacy and maintain the highest level of integrity.
· Continuously upgrade skills in relevant technologies to contribute to organizational growth.
· Act as a consultant and guide for prospects, handling incoming customer queries regarding our courses and assisting them in their purchase decisions.
