Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through remote outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through virtual communication channels.

- Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Conduct market research remotely to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

- Participate in a structured remote training program, including virtual classroom training (1 week) and remote on-the-job training (2 weeks).

- Successfully complete the On-the-Job Training (OJT) period by achieving the required sales targets (5 sales) within the designated timeframe.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using remote CRM systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree .

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport .

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
