  • We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Business Development Executive who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales divisions namely Digital Marketing, Website Development, Domain Name & Hosting Services. 
  • He/ she should be open to a field job.
  • The candidate should be strong in numbers with good communication skills and excellent relationship management.
  • Position : Jr./Sr. Business Development Executive
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years
  • Qualification: Bachelor in any field (preferably Engineering or Commerce)
  • Openings: 5
  • Salary: No bar for deserving candidates
  • Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create positive image of the company in the minds of clients, industry, etc.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities
  • Meet prospects, new clients and bring new business
  • Deploy successful end-to-end strategies for client development by implementing unique Direct Marketing & Sales Strategies
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting prospective clients
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors and get prospects in the Domestic/ International Market
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies& focus on closure by following effective strategies
  • Ability to manage the relationship at various levels with the clients & develop long-term relationship
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Manage the proposal development process from ideation to execution and maintain their timelines

Requirements:

  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be dedicated, hard-working and committed towards work. Works in-tandem with other departments and is an excellent team-player
  • Should be a go-getter, takes initiatives, and possess self–learning ability
  • Has excellent management and relationship building/ retaining skills. Should be very good at networking
  • Works in tight timelines and demonstrates time management skills
  • Has deep knowledge of marketing principles, is up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
