Job Description

Immediate Opening - Excellent Opportunity to work in B2B Software Product Company.

This role oversees the organization's sales strategy within a designated region, developing forecasts and pricing strategies. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with major customers and influencers, leading business development presentations, and engaging with key stakeholders. The candidate must lead a team of Business Development Managers, possess strong influencing and negotiation skills, and maintain quality relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales strategy, fostering key relationships and achieving set targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Managers, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective presentations.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills, building and maintaining quality relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans in your assigned region.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and analyse market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, facilitate product demos and stakeholder meetings.
  • Lead, Mentor and train the sales team for peak performance.
  • Achieve collective sales targets through collaborative efforts.
  • Monitor industry shifts and contribute to product enhancement strategies.
  • Exceptional opportunities for professional advancement in a growth-centric environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B field sales with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, master's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
