Our business advisors are responsible for delivering services to clients in the areas relating to business registrations, tax services, and corporate filings. Executives must be capable of engaging with the clients on a range of mediums such as phone, email, live chat, and other internet-based communication channels. A positive attitude and the ability to quickly learn are a must. Training and skill development will be provided by the organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling customer requests over the phone and email on a daily basis
2. Responding to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time
3. Completing tasks like filing of forms, applying for licenses, etc., towards completion of the engagement
4. Completing all assigned tasks on time
5. Providing regular updates to the client
6. Reporting to team leaders on job performance
7. Exploring opportunities for up-selling and cross-sales
