Responsibilities include:

1. Travel constantly to connect with customers and understand customer behavior through field visit
2. Fill up company mandated survey forms by visiting targeted customers in the assigned area and taking feedback from customer
3. Complete the daily target of the number of surveys in each locality and submit a daily completion report
4. Fill maximum surveys with high accuracy for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required daily/ weekly targets
5. Relook beats/geography/visit norms to align with the objective of improved business performance
6. Generate leads by way of identifying interested customers/products during survey filling activity and help in generating maximum capacity utilization in the assigned area

Other requirements

1. Working experience in field operations as Sales Executive (Service Sector / FMCG etc. will be preferred)

2. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English

3. Must be willing to travel across Maharashtra constantly

4. Ability to Influence, execute excellence/do it right, customer sensitivity

5. Functional expertise, passion, situation handling
