Job Description For Client Relation Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:: Client Service through emails, phone and e-services.
Help to resolve client’s query related to different verifications like Employment, Education and Criminal & Reference Checks.
Ensure timely and accurate report delivery at defined productivity levels.
Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up.
Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify, share and support operational improvements

Portal Updation
Coordinating between Vendors & Clients
Responsible for work in the absence of Vendors(when the vendors are on leave)
Vendor Management
Following up with vendors by mail.
Completing reports.
Requirements::
Candidate must be minimum Graduate.
Experienced and Fresher, both are welcome.
Grammatically precise in written and spoken English.
Good in MS Word.
