To develop accounts to meet sales targets through effective sales presentations and utilization of support services
Breaking through new clients with business for the year to cover the above-mentioned target.
To optimize retention of current business by effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level
Preparing presentations, cost sheets and all related coordination with the client, being the SPOC for the client during execution of activities and ensuring 100% ownership of the business.
Marketing Reports – Daily/Weekly and Monthly - Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports in given format on time. Daily reports before 11 AM every day.
Weekly reports on Saturday every week. Monthly reports before the last working day of the month.
Follow up on Invoices and Payments- Ensure invoices reach clients on time without errors. Follow up on pending payments
Be a good team player with the right attitude. To follow and maintain the Wings culture (timing, dress code and leave updates). Follow dress code.
Reporting to office at 9.30 AM. Less than 2 LOP’s for late coming, every 6 months. Notify in advance for leaves to immediate manager. No LOP’s. Compensatory leaves have to be approved in advance.
