Post : Customer Relationship Executive

The ideal candidate will have desire to make career in International Sales with fastest growing Telecom & Technology Company. S/He would be given training for sales cycle, technology, operations and business.

S/He should be ready to learn, go extra miles, put all efforts, and have confidence to win.

Building relationship with new clients and maintaining existing ones is what S/He does. S/He should show evidence of strong negotiation skills and have desire to achieve sales targets

Responsibilities

• Get in touch with Telco, Aggregators and Enterprise clients
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Regular Reporting
• International partners onboarding, management and business growth
• Ready to learn

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters Degree
• Basic Sales Technics and insights 
• Excellent in English language
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technical knowledge preferred, but not compulsory
• Knowledge of other language is also plus point

• Aggressive approach along with excellent client relationship management and account management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Persuasive, assertive, and professional approach in consultative bases selling
• Excellent oral, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to make client presentations
• Excellent in MS office including PPT, Excel and Word, Gmeet, Email
• Creative, Disciplined, Punctual
• Social Media Savvy
• Excellent proficiency over English and knowledge of French or Spanish preferred
