Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and other handles in a timely and professional manner
2. Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary
3. Maintain accurate customer records and update the database as necessary
4. Assist with customer retention by building relationships and addressing any concerns
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with various stakeholders through open and interactive communication
6. Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve customer queries
7. Act as an interface between customers and external service partners to identify possible causes, solve problems, etc.
8. Organize support tasks and assist management in ways that optimize procedures
9. Be adaptable to take on redefined roles and responsibilities as needed to support the company's strategies and overall success
