ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Working directly under the design director and founder / MD of Filo design pvt. Ltd.

· Working with end clients and/or leading architects/interior designers of the country with respect to their project and bespoke furniture requirements.

· Business development in the form of social media marketing and branding with our MD as a part of the team. Filo works with groups such as Architectural digest and social media influencers to enhance its brand.

· Maintaining Relationships with Media Vendors & other business collaborators

· Conducting Market Research & Analysis if required.

· Working directly under the managing director for any her needs.

· Handling clients and ongoing projects with respect to selection of finishes, finalization of materials, BOQ management , and liaising with production and R&D for production.

· Working and handling social media on all platforms.

· Supporting all Business Development & Marketing Requirements such as follow up calls , design and selection inputs, and meetings with architects if technical guidance is needed.

· Keeping marketing databases updated.

· Conducting Market Research & Analysis

· Maintaining Relationships with Media Vendors & other business collaborators

· Collaborating with Managers & Seniors in preparation of documents

· Working directly under the Sr Manager Marketing, Sales.

· Supporting all Business Development & Marketing Requirements such as follow up calls, design and selection inputs, and meetings with architects

· Keeping marketing databases updated.

· Conducting Market Research & Analysis and sourcing new Clients

· Maintaining Relationships with Media Vendors & other business collaborators

· Collaborating with Managers & Seniors in preparation of documents

· Dealing with architects, builders, end clients

· Creating new Business and achievable Sales targets

· Handling project segments and residential

As such, this rare opportunity will provide direct access to some of the largest projects in the country and you will work with and learn from some of the best people in the industry. This role is an extremely crucial one and encompasses design, project management, and branding. Individuals shortlisted will be interviewed directly by the managing director.
