Ensure smooth operations of the office and maintain a warm and welcoming environment

1. Excellent organizational and communication skills

3. Proficiency in managing schedules and utilizing office software
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
5. Previous experience in a healthcare or psychology-related field is a plus
