Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help the cooking team by chopping veggies & other preparations of food before operations begin every day
2. Conduct daily inventory checks for all necessary items such as groceries, vegetables, packaging materials, gas cylinders, etc.
3. Follow the opening & closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available
4. Manage food items packaging & checking tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order
5. Conduct daily shelf-life check for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (first in, first out to ensure minimum wastage)
6. Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
7. Maintain good conduct, ethical practices, and discipline in the kitchen
