Brief:

• Understanding the requirement and Preparing a sourcing plan for different requirements

(Both IT & Non.IT Clients). 

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
• Have experience in junior-level, mid-level, senior-level positions and also internal

requirements. 

• Sourcing profiles through various sources like database, referral and by online

recruitment services like

• Timesjob.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Shine and Naukri. 
• Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and

skills for easy data mining.

• Responsible for discussing the job profile with the candidates.
• Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Shortlisting/ Screening the suitable

candidates as per the requirement.

• Gathering feedback for the profiles sent to the Client.
• Scheduling Interviews.
• Follow up with candidates till Joining.
• Timely follow-up with the candidates- From selection until they join the organization by

helping them with the formalities.

• Maintaining a good relationship with Candidates and follow up with them for any other

references
