Job Description

This is a golden opportunity for executives looking for a break in the HR domain.
Your Role in the company will be of generalist HR CUM Software Tester.
You will be in charge of day to day administrative company affairs. Few of your job responsibilities listed below:-
Recruiting/Hiring & Onboarding New team members.
Maintaining employee records.
Payroll/Salary Management,
Hikes/performance appraisals Management.
Employee Engagement Activities
Employee Relations
Leave Management
Policy & Process Implementation
Reporting to Management.
Qualification & Exp. are no bar as we are only looking for candidates who primarily meet the below criteria.
Strong Organizing skills
Organizing Basic Day to Day activities
Organizing Various Office Functions
Attention to details & Listening Skills
Timely Hiring
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Basic Accounting & Excel Skills
Looking for Candidates Located Nearby Viman Nagar area like Wadgaon Sheri, Kalyani Nagar, Kharadi etc.
Manual testing to simulate usage scenarios/use cases Generates test data to support the requirements.
Able to Generate test case for various test phases Executes test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality releases, including Systems Integration Client communication and requirement understanding &Timely status updates
Should have Skills and experience in creative content writing
Needed Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Bachelors Degree.
Self Learner.
