Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on relevant criteria.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide feedback when necessary.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
