We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

2. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

3. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

4. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

5. Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.

6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

8. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related topics.

9. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.

3. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

9. HR certification is a plus.
