- Conducting preliminary interviews
- Lionizing /Requirement gathering with the client
- CV screening / shortlisting.
- Cold Calling.
- Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates/resources.
- Resolving queries from potential candidates/resources in regards to the subjected requirement.
- Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.
- Validating & verification check.
