  • Conducting preliminary interviews
  • Lionizing /Requirement gathering with the client
  • CV screening / shortlisting.
  • Cold Calling.
  • Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates/resources.
  • Resolving queries from potential candidates/resources in regards to the subjected requirement.
  • Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.
  • Validating & verification check.
  • Salary offered: 13000-20000/-
