1. Modify and prepare job descriptions based on a detailed intake call and obtain approval from the relevant business leader
2. Collaborate closely with Business Leaders on forecasting and fulfillment, including participation in the interview process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, and scheduling, among other tasks
3. Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus placements
4. Proactively build a database of high-performing talent and develop strategies to engage with them
5. Create and maintain dashboards capturing relevant Talent Acquisition (TA) details for team and Business Unit (BU) review
6. Take ownership of the candidate experience and ensure excellent candidate satisfaction scores
