Job Profile: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR intern to assist in various HR activities for the Bangalore location.

Responsibilities:

• Able to post jobs requirements in the respective platforms to get the potential resumes.
  
  

• Be able to screen the potential employees' resumes, their social media presence, initial background check and filter based on the requirement.
  
  

• Schedule and confirm the interviews with the candidate and share the calendar invites with respective members.
  
  

• Assist in maintaining employee records, filing documents, and attendance records.
  
  

• Assist in planning employee engagement programs and various activities across the center.
  
  

• Assist in drafting policies, employee benefits and other HR activities. Being up to date with the latest information/policies of Human Resource.

• Possess strong communication, research & Interpersonal skills

• Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and confidently, but as part of a team.

• Have the ability to prioritize and plan effectively and capable of doing multi-task

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the internal team.

• Flexibility, Determination, and ability to cope under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
