• Coordinating day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Providing human resource support to the organization such as general administrative support to HR Team
• Managing HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
• Sourcing potential candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Coordinating in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Maintaining employee confidentiality

Requirements:

Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Compensation: Depending on the experience
