1. Work closely with the TM team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity
2. Maintain HR reports and dashboards, create and present reports analysis
3. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies

6. Support in resolving complex employee relations issues
7. Work on rewards & recognition, engagement activities as per the growing needs of an organization
8. Work on employee performance reviews of probation/PIP/half-yearly and yearly reviews
