Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

5. Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
6. Help maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
7. Act as a trusted partner to employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
