Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication and support the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
- Aid in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in responding to employee inquiries and providing general HR-related information.
Training and Development:
- Contribute to the organization and coordination of training programs and events.
- Assist in monitoring employee training progress and updating training records.
HR Administration:
- Support daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data.
- Support initiatives related to employee feedback and performance improvement.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
- Contribute to HR compliance activities, including documentation and reporting.
Special Projects:
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with HR team members on process improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
