About the Internship:- 
  • We are seeking an HR Generalist trainee who will be groomed into a full-time HR employee. 
  • Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include   
  • End to end recruitments ( Drafting and posting job requirements, Sourcing candidates as per the requirement of the company, shortlisting resumes,  Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR 
  • Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates 
  • Communicating with all candidates regularly. 
  • Maintaining contact with the offered candidates until their joining.  Closing open positions within set deadlines. Maintaining a database of all candidates. 
  • Administer HR generalist functions on a day-to-day basis 
  • Regular HR MIS creation and submission to Head HR 
  • Drive employee engagement with out-of-the-box ideas 
  • HR research on industry HR best practices  
  • Improve existing HR policies and processes to optimize productivity  
  • Payroll Management 8. HR operations 9. Administer the HRMS portal for HR functions   
  • Only those candidates can apply who are available for full time (in-office) internship 
  • can start the internship between 4th Jul'19 and 12 July,'19 are available for 6 months to have relevant skills and interests

  • Stipend: INR 3000- 6000 /Month
