Job Description

About the Internship:-

We are seeking an HR Generalist trainee who will be groomed into a full-time HR employee.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
End to end recruitments ( Drafting and posting job requirements, Sourcing candidates as per the requirement of the company, shortlisting resumes, Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR
Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Communicating with all candidates regularly.
Maintaining contact with the offered candidates until their joining. Closing open positions within set deadlines. Maintaining a database of all candidates.
Administer HR generalist functions on a day-to-day basis
Regular HR MIS creation and submission to Head HR
Drive employee engagement with out-of-the-box ideas
HR research on industry HR best practices
Improve existing HR policies and processes to optimize productivity
Payroll Management 8. HR operations 9. Administer the HRMS portal for HR functions
Only those candidates can apply who are available for full time (in-office) internship
can start the internship between 4th Jul'19 and 12 July,'19 are available for 6 months to have relevant skills and interests

Stipend: INR 3000- 6000 /Month
