Job Timing- 10 AM-7 PM (Full Time)
Job Location- Sakkardara, Nagpur
Joining Period- Immediately / Within 4 Days
Required Qualifications & Skills-
1. Any Graduation Degree + MBA In HR.
2. Must have good communication skills (Fluent English will be an added advantage)
3. Must have a good leadership quality, organizational skills and problem-solving skill.
4. Must have knowledge of all HR Operation, & Administration office.
Job Responsibilities-
· Handle end-to-end HR Operational processes in the Region/Hub.
· Prepare and maintain personnel records in file and in HRMS.
· Consult with Line Management and provide suitable guidance on people related issues.
· Communicate effectively at all levels of staff and Management.
· Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies within the Region / Hub
· Provide HR policy guidance.
· Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
· Handling employee issues, assist in counseling employees and address grievances
· Conduct exit interviews and complete separation formalities.
· Organize and work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
· Performance Management System for a company.
· Answer incoming calls and provide needed information.
· Fulfilling a Role of HR Administration of a company.
· Handling & leading the new team members joining HR department.
· Responsible for business listing, posting jobs, internship ads on various portals to fulfill the company’s requirement.
· Screening of candidates, contact candidates as needed & line up their interviews
· Making a Job Description as per requirement.
· Update internal databases with new hire information.
· Interviewing the candidates & hire them either against job vacancies or against internship vacancies
· Preparation of daily, monthly reports for No. Of candidates interviewed, joined in a month & other misc. reports, Update the Excel sheet of enquiry.
· Involve in background verification, salary negotiation, induction of employees.
· Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, relieving letter, increment letter, experience letter, termination letter, Notice & Intimation, circulars, memos, warning letters, etc.
· Maintaining physical and digital personnel records of employees
· Attendance & leave management
· Create & distribute official mail Id & ID cards to the employees, taking bank account details from employees for salary. Maintain a salary record,
· Preparation & distribution of company policies, rules & regulations, KRA, SOP for the employees
· Preparation of notices, circulars, memos, warning letters etc.
· Prepares payroll by calculating salary and maintaining payroll records means Handle payroll generation, statutory norm.
· Performance appraisal of employees, Employee Resignation discussion attrition Analysis.
· Optional: - Lead generation, Email to client, Appointment Generation for visit & demo, follow ups, quotation preparation, coordination with sales team etc.
· Organizing various activities in company like birthday celebration, festival celebration, farewell etc.
· Grievance handling of employees.
· Preparation of inventory list, prepare vouchers & maintaining accounts of company.
· Full & final settlement, exit formalities of employees.
· Maintaining good & positive environment in company.
· Maintain the confidentiality.
