As Recruiter, you will:
• Co-create the recruitment strategy for the position to achieve the closure targets
• By means which include but not limited to – cold calls, face to face meetings, skype calls, mail campaigns and other mechanisms – you will generate leads for the position.
• Keep track of delivery against mandates and work with the Head – Operations to ensure flags are thrown at the earliest possible stage
Right now, this is an individual contributor role but in course of time, we expect the Recruiter to hire a team below.
Ideal person would be someone who has good communication, the desire to learn and who has fire in the belly to create success as we are a start-up and would not have the same resources as a larger firm to fight in the market place.
