Handling the Permanent/contractual staffing.
Responsible for end to end delivery of requirements within the committed timelines.
Searching/sourcing potential candidates from the various sources viz. Job Portals like ( Monster, Naukri.com etc.), database, referrals, networking, job posting etc.
Understanding companies requirement on technical grounds.
Duplication of the profiles.
Briefing requirement specifications to the candidates, conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidate's suitability and evaluating candidates on their communication skills, validating the candidates' interest on the requirement.
Coordinating with the candidates, technical interviewers for direct or telephonic interviews for short listed candidates.
Negotiating the Salary according to Company Standards.
Scheduling the interviews i.e. coordinating both with the candidates and the hiring managers.
Offer discussion and joining formalities.
Selection and making offers, till the offered candidates get on the board.
Follow up till closure and post closure follow up.
