Role :
- Handling End-to-end recruitment process in various domain.
- Conducting telephonic interviews of the candidates to ascertain their suitability for the given role and overall organizational fitment.
- Leveraging all sourcing channels including job boards, employee/candidate referrals and social media amongst others.
- Understanding the Requirements in order and act as a Sourcing Specialist in delivering the exact profiles.
- Closing Niche requirements and delivering exact profiles.
- Maintaining Reports and Trackers of candidates, building rapport with the candidates and getting new references.
- End to end recruitment: (Identification and Understanding the requirement, sourcing , Screening, Scheduling interviews, collecting the documents, providing required information to candidates )
- Expert in using the job portals like Naukri, Monster,shine and social network sites like LinkedIn
- Proficient in recruiting candidates across levels from junior level to senior level
- Effective coordination during the weekend recruitment drives.
- Ability to wok in a FAST Phased , target oriented environment.
- Collaborate with Client independently without much of guidance.
Required:-
- Should possess communication skills in ENGLISH [ written / oral ]
- Ability to talk Fluently on the Phone with the customer/ Candidates.
- Basic speed TYPING experience fast typing and Strong in MS -EXCEL - tracker, MS- WORD mgt.
- Should be willing to work on high Pressure and achieve daily targets.
- Experience in managing End to End Recruitment full Life cycle
- Experience in IT- Hiring will be a big Plus..
- Ability to understand IT Skill sets
- Proficient with Sourcing the right candidates from the tools
- Communicating with the Candidates and other people on the phones
- Submitting the profiles
