Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for entire recruitment lifecycle from recruitment till on boarding.
Recruiting from Entry level to Top Level.
Apply extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals, headhunting & references.
Short listing candidates and scheduling interviews with the clients.
Liaising with clients to know current vacancies, Interview feedback, conducting drives. Actingas first point of contact for the clients.
Negotiating with candidates for salary Package and DOJ.
Coordination with the shortlisted candidates on the DOJ and administering joining formalities for the offered candidate.
Validating - Interviewing candidates over phone to check their communication skills, Technical skills, Soft skills and verify the hands on experience as required.

Education: Any Graduate, Post graduate preferred specialization in HR.
