Designation: Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities spanning across different HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, training and development and other day to day HR functions. Flipspaces puts a key emphasis on the Happiness Quotient of team members across different verticals.

· Manage recruitment, selection and on-boarding process

· Responsible for End to End Recruitment.

· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

· Understanding the stakeholder’s requirement and keeping information about the company, industry work culture and environment.

· Sourcing candidates on various job portals and social media platforms like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, IIM Jobs etc.

· Shortlisting the suitable candidates and scheduling interviews.

· Briefing the shortlisted candidate about the company, job responsibilities, salary and other benefits of the job to ensure the clarity.

· Responsible for coordinating with the placement cells of Top institutes,

· Maintaining MIS, trackers and presenting it as needed.

· Other HR activities- Employee documentation, Induction, co-ordinating and handling other on boarding formalities.

· Co-ordinating for other HR activities as and when needed like Employee Engagement, Handling Grievances, and Attendance etc.

· Handling administrative activities.

Preferred Candidature:

· Recruitment consultancy background

· Exposure to real estate or Interior designing sector

Candidate must have:

· Good communication skills

· Good knowledge of excel sheet

· Negotiation skills

· Time management skills

· Good co-ordination skills
