Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with the team.
2. Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the SharePal culture.
3. HR Operations: Assist in maintaining HR records, managing compliance, and contributing to HR policy development.
4. Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
5. Learning Opportunity: Work closely with the founders to gain practical experience in HR practices, procedures, and tools.
